Ofatumumab + ifosfamide + carboplatin + etoposide is a combination chemotherapy regimen used primarily as a second-line treatment for relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), grade 3b follicular lymphoma, and transformed follicular lymphoma.
