Overview

OMP64 is a synthetic peptide OncoMimic developed by Enterome, derived from the human gut microbiome. It is designed to mimic a specific HLA-A2 restricted epitope of the B-lymphocyte antigen CD20. As a component of the multi-peptide immunotherapy EO2463, OMP64 aims to activate pre-existing memory T-cells that cross-react with tumor-associated antigens on malignant B-cells. This mechanism leverages molecular mimicry between microbiome-derived peptides and cancer antigens to trigger a potent anti-tumor immune response. OMP64 is primarily being evaluated in clinical trials for indolent non-Hodgkin lymphomas, such as follicular lymphoma and marginal zone lymphoma, often in combination with other OncoMimic peptides and standard-of-care treatments like rituximab or pembrolizumab.
