Overview

OR502 + cemiplimab is an investigational combination therapy for advanced solid tumors. OR502 is a fully human IgG1 monoclonal antibody that targets leukocyte immunoglobulin-like receptor subfamily B member 2 (LILRB2), reversing and preventing LILRB2-mediated immune suppression by myeloid cells and restoring T cell function. Cemiplimab is a programmed death-1 (PD-1) immune checkpoint inhibitor monoclonal antibody, approved as Libtayo for various cancers. The combination aims to enhance anti-tumor immunity by simultaneously blocking myeloid cell-mediated immunosuppression (via LILRB2) and T-cell checkpoint inhibition (via PD-1). Early-phase clinical trials have shown the combination to be well tolerated with encouraging preliminary efficacy in patients with advanced malignancies who have progressed on prior therapies[1][4][5][7].
