A pan-KRAS small interfering RNA (siRNA) is a therapeutic oligonucleotide designed to silence the expression of the KRAS gene across its various isoforms and mutations. Unlike mutant-selective inhibitors, a pan-KRAS siRNA targets a conserved sequence within the KRAS mRNA to trigger its degradation via the RNA-induced silencing complex (RISC).
