parsaclisib + rituximab + lenalidomide

Parsaclisib + rituximab + lenalidomide is an experimental **three-drug combination regimen** evaluated primarily for B-cell malignancies, such as indolent non-Hodgkin lymphomas. Parsaclisib is a selective small-molecule PI3Kδ inhibitor, while rituximab is a CD20-directed monoclonal antibody and lenalidomide is an immunomodulatory small molecule. Mechanistically, this regimen combines: targeted inhibition of the PI3Kδ signaling pathway (parsaclisib); depletion of B cells via CD20-directed cytotoxicity (rituximab); and stimulation of tumor cell apoptosis, immune modulation, and anti-angiogenesis (lenalidomide).
