Overview

PBIMA (Precision-Based Immuno-Molecular Augmentation) is a proprietary, AI-driven bioinformatics and computational platform developed by Neo7Bioscience. Unlike standardized therapies, PBIMA functions as a personalized medicine engine that analyzes patient-specific multi-omic data—including genomic, transcriptomic, and proteomic profiles—to design individualized peptide-based immunotherapeutics. The platform utilizes HLA affinity mapping and molecular pathway analysis to identify unique disease signatures and construct custom peptide sequences tailored to the patient's specific immune architecture. This "N-of-1" approach is used to treat a wide array of conditions including various cancers, autoimmune disorders, neurodegenerative diseases, and chronic infections. The platform also integrates a molecular monitoring component called REViSS for ongoing disease surveillance and therapeutic adjustment.
