**PEG-Man nanovaccine** is an experimental mannose-targeted poly(ethylene glycol)-poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) nanoparticle cancer vaccine evaluated in immunocompetent murine solid-tumor models. The formulation uses mannose surface modification to promote uptake by dendritic cells through the mannose receptor CD206 and is designed to deliver peptide antigens together with immune adjuvants and immune-modulating payloads. In the reported AACR 2025 study, PEG-Man nanovaccine produced weaker antigen-specific T-cell responses and less tumor-growth inhibition than the corresponding polyoxazoline-mannose nanovaccine comparator. It has no reported clinical development, regulatory approval, marketed brand, or assigned INN.
