PG-018

PG-018 is an orally administered small molecule inhibitor targeting Janus kinase 1 (JAK1). It is being developed primarily for the treatment of membranous glomerulonephritis (also known as membranous nephropathy), a kidney disorder characterized by changes and inflammation in the structures of the kidney that help filter wastes and fluids. The drug acts by selectively inhibiting JAK1, a tyrosine-protein kinase involved in cytokine signaling pathways that regulate immune responses.
