Overview

PNQ-401 is an oral small molecule Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitor developed by Impetis Biosciences, with an exclusive license granted to Vyome Holdings. It is specifically designed to selectively inhibit JAK1 and JAK3 while sparing JAK2, a strategy aimed at reducing hematological toxicities often associated with non-selective JAK inhibition. The drug is currently in the IND-ready stage for the treatment of autoimmune diseases, including psoriasis and rheumatoid arthritis.
