Drug intelligence / Profile preview
This is a combination therapy consisting of five agents: polatuzumab vedotin (an antibody-drug conjugate targeting CD79b), zanubrutinib (a Bruton's tyrosine kinase inhibitor), rituximab (an anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody), lenalidomide (an immunomodulatory drug), and prednisone (a corticosteroid). While combinations of polatuzumab vedotin, zanubrutinib, and rituximab (ZPR) have been studied in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), particularly in relapsed/refractory cases and in elderly or frail patients, the specific five-drug combination including lenalidomide and prednisone is not well-documented in the current literature.
