PR203

PR203 is a bispecific antibody developed by Shandong Boan Biotechnology that simultaneously targets TL1A (Tumor necrosis factor superfamily member 15) and IL-23p19 (Interleukin-23 subunit alpha). The drug is designed to block both TL1A and IL-23 signaling pathways to reduce intestinal inflammation more effectively than monotherapies. PR203 features a novel 1+1 format with Fc engineering for half-life extension, which may enable quarterly administration. The anti-TL1A component was derived from the BA-huMab® platform and binds to a unique epitope with high neutralizing activity. Currently in the preclinical stage, PR203 is being investigated for the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), psoriasis, and psoriatic arthritis, with a high-concentration formulation developed for subcutaneous administration.
