Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Priscabtagene autoleucel is an autologous anti-CD19 chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy. Developed by Chongqing Precision Biotech Co., Ltd, it is designed to target CD19-positive cells, primarily for the treatment of relapsed or refractory B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL). The therapy involves genetically modifying a patient's own T-cells to express a CAR that recognizes and binds to the CD19 antigen found on the surface of malignant B-cells, leading to their destruction.
