Overview

PSB102 is an Fc-enhanced humanized type II anti-CD20 IgG1 monoclonal antibody. It is a novel biological entity that targets B-cells by binding to the CD20 antigen. PSB102 is a component of the combination product PSB202, which also includes PSB107 (a humanized anti-CD37 IgG1). PSB202 is designed to work as a single product, with its two components enabling dual target-specific antibody-directed cell killing of B-cells. PSB102 is being developed by Qilu Puget Sound Biotherapeutics (dba Sound Biologics).
