Overview

**PSB202** is an investigational, fixed-ratio MabPair antibody combination comprising two separately engineered humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibodies: Fc-enhanced type II anti-CD20 antibody PSB102 and anti-CD37 antibody PSB107. The two antibodies are co-produced from a single CHO cell line at a defined 1:1 molecular ratio and are intended to deplete CD20- and CD37-expressing malignant B cells through direct target-mediated killing, enhanced antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity, and complement-dependent cytotoxicity. It is being evaluated by Sound Biologics and Qilu Pharmaceutical in relapsed or refractory indolent B-cell malignancies, including B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
