Drug intelligence / Profile preview
PT950 is a conditional T-cell engager (TCE) bispecific antibody developed by Phanes Therapeutics for the treatment of ovarian cancer. The molecule is designed to simultaneously target a tumor-associated antigen (TAA) expressed on malignant cells and the CD3 complex on T cells. The "conditional" nature of the antibody is engineered to ensure that T-cell activation occurs preferentially within the tumor microenvironment, which is intended to minimize systemic immune activation and improve the safety profile compared to traditional T-cell engagers. As of August 2025, PT950 is in the IND-enabling stage of development.
