Drug intelligence / Profile preview
QY201 is an orally administered, small molecule dual inhibitor of Janus kinase 1 (JAK1) and tyrosine kinase 2 (TYK2), developed by E-nitiate Biopharmaceuticals (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. It is designed to treat autoimmune and inflammatory diseases, with a primary focus on moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis. The drug works by selectively inhibiting JAK1 and TYK2, key components of the JAK-STAT signaling pathway, thereby reducing the expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines implicated in conditions such as atopic dermatitis and psoriasis. Clinical studies have shown that QY201 can rapidly relieve pruritus (itching), clear skin lesions, and improve quality of life for patients with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis. The drug has demonstrated favorable pharmacokinetics, safety, tolerability, and dose-proportional exposure in healthy subjects as well as efficacy in patient populations[1][3][5][6][8].
