R-IDARAM is a combination chemotherapy regimen used for the treatment of central nervous system lymphomas (CNSLs), including primary and secondary CNS lymphomas. It consists of rituximab, idarubicin, dexamethasone, cytarabine, and methotrexate, often combined with intrathecal administration of chemotherapeutic agents. The regimen has shown high early response rates with manageable toxicity, with hematological side effects being the main concern.
