Overview

R-mini-CHOP is a combination chemotherapy regimen consisting of rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, and prednisolone (or prednisone). It is a modified version of the standard R-CHOP protocol with reduced doses of each component. The regimen was specifically developed for elderly patients (typically over 80 years old) or those with significant comorbidities who are ineligible for full-dose chemotherapy.
