Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Recombinant human follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) analog is a long-acting superagonist of the FSH receptor developed by Trophogen. It is designed to stimulate follicular development in the ovaries for use in assisted reproductive technologies (ART), including infertility treatments and elective egg banking. The analog utilizes Trophogen's proprietary glycoprotein hormone engineering technology to enhance potency and extend half-life compared to standard recombinant FSH products, potentially reducing the frequency of injections required during ovarian stimulation. It is currently in the IND-enabling phase of development.
