Drug intelligence / Profile preview
REGN9220 + odronextamab is an investigational combination therapy consisting of REGN9220, a fully human bispecific monoclonal antibody targeting CD22 and 4-1BB (CD137), and odronextamab, a fully human bispecific monoclonal antibody targeting CD20 and CD3. Developed by Regeneron, this combination is designed to treat relapsed or refractory aggressive B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphomas (B-NHLs), such as diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). REGN9220 acts as a costimulatory bispecific antibody that provides localized T-cell costimulation via 4-1BB specifically in the presence of CD22-expressing B-cells. This localized costimulation is designed to enhance the T-cell-mediated tumor-killing activity of the CD20 x CD3 T-cell engager odronextamab while minimizing systemic toxicity.
