Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**ResQ215B** is an investigational, chemotherapy-free, and lymphodepletion-free combination immunotherapy regimen developed by ImmunityBio for the treatment of relapsed or refractory CD19-positive and CD20-positive indolent B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (iNHL), including Waldenström's macroglobulinemia and follicular lymphoma. The tri-modal regimen consists of three active components: **CD19 t-haNK**, an off-the-shelf, allogeneic NK-92-based natural killer (NK) cell therapy engineered to express a CD19-specific chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) and a high-affinity CD16 receptor; **nogapendekin alfa inbakicept** (Anktiva), a first-in-class interleukin-15 (IL-15) receptor superagonist complex; and **rituximab**, a standard anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody. By combining these agents, the regimen targets malignant B cells through multiple complementary pathways: direct CAR-mediated cytotoxicity against CD19, enhanced antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) via CD16 and rituximab targeting CD20, and IL-15-mediated proliferation and activation of both the infused CAR-NK cells and endogenous CD8+ T cells. This approach is designed to be administered in an outpatient setting without the toxicities and logistical constraints associated with traditional lymphodepleting chemotherapy.
