R-CMOP is a chemoimmunotherapy regimen primarily investigated for the treatment of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). It is a modification of the standard R-CHOP regimen, where the anthracycline doxorubicin is replaced by the anthracenedione mitoxantrone. This substitution is typically explored to reduce the risk of anthracycline-induced cardiotoxicity while attempting to maintain comparable anti-tumor efficacy.
