Drug intelligence / Profile preview
R-GemOx is a combination chemotherapy regimen consisting of rituximab (a CD20-targeting monoclonal antibody), gemcitabine (an antimetabolite), and oxaliplatin (a platinum analog). This regimen is primarily used for the treatment of relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) in patients who are ineligible for autologous stem cell transplantation. The treatment is typically administered in 14-day cycles, with rituximab, gemcitabine, and oxaliplatin all given on day 1 of each cycle.
