This combination is designed to target malignant B-cells through multiple complementary mechanisms—direct cytotoxicity, targeted inhibition of survival pathways, immunomodulation, and immune-mediated cell killing. It is under investigation or use for aggressive or relapsed/refractory forms of non-Hodgkin lymphoma and other high-risk B-cell malignancies.
