Rituximab + cyclophosphamide + vinblastine is a multi-agent chemoimmunotherapy regimen combining a chimeric anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody with two cytotoxic small-molecule chemotherapies. Rituximab targets CD20-positive B lymphocytes to induce complement-dependent cytotoxicity, antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity, and apoptosis, while cyclophosphamide is an alkylating prodrug that crosslinks DNA and vinblastine is a vinca alkaloid that inhibits microtubule assembly and mitosis. This combination is conceptually similar to other rituximab-alkylator–vinca regimens used in B‑cell lymphomas but is not a standard named regimen; it is used, where employed, as an off-protocol or tailored combination to exploit complementary mechanisms of B‑cell depletion and cytotoxic cell kill in hematologic malignancies.[3][4]
