Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**Rituximab-ADNAB** is a targeted nanoparticle anticancer product also designated **AR160**. It consists of nab-paclitaxel nanoparticles non-covalently coated with the anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody rituximab, aiming to direct paclitaxel delivery toward CD20-expressing B-cell lymphoma cells while retaining rituximab-mediated B-cell targeting and depletion. It was developed from the Mayo Clinic ADNAB platform and entered a Phase 1 investigator-initiated study in relapsed or refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
