Drug intelligence / Profile preview
A combination therapy consisting of ruxolitinib, a selective JAK1/JAK2 inhibitor, and chidamide (tucidinostat), a selective histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitor. This combination targets both the JAK-STAT signaling pathway and epigenetic regulation through HDAC inhibition. The combination has shown synergistic anti-tumor effects, particularly in overcoming chidamide resistance in Natural Killer/T-cell Lymphoma (NKTL) and potentially in other hematological malignancies.
