Overview

SAR446422 is a bispecific antibody developed by Sanofi for the treatment of inflammatory diseases. It is engineered to simultaneously target and modulate two critical T-cell costimulatory pathways: CD28 and OX40 (also known as CD134 or TNFRSF4). By dual-targeting these receptors, the molecule aims to suppress aberrant T-cell activation and restore immune homeostasis in autoimmune and inflammatory contexts. SAR446422 is currently undergoing Phase 1 clinical evaluation, including studies in healthy participants and patients with atopic dermatitis, to assess its safety, tolerability, and preliminary activity.
