Overview
**SCIB** is Domicell's Stem Cell Implantable Bioreactor, a combination cell-therapy and implantable-device platform designed for cardiac repair following myocardial infarction and for heart failure. The implant encloses mesenchymal stem cells within a semipermeable bioreactor, protecting and retaining the cells while permitting sustained local release of therapeutic paracrine factors, including growth factors, cytokines, and exosomes. The program was reported as preclinical and IND-enabling, with preclinical evidence of reduced adverse cardiac remodeling after myocardial infarction.
