Drug intelligence / Profile preview
A combination therapy consisting of selinexor (a selective inhibitor of nuclear export), lenalidomide (an immunomodulatory drug), and rituximab (an anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody). This regimen works through complementary mechanisms to target B-cell lymphomas by preventing nuclear export of tumor suppressor proteins, enhancing immune cell function, and directly targeting CD20-positive B-cells. The combination has shown promising efficacy in relapsed/refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and indolent non-Hodgkin lymphomas.
