Sequential B-cell target CAR-T cells refer to a sequential infusion strategy of autologous chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapies targeting different B-cell antigens, typically CD19, CD22, and CD20. Developed by Beijing Boren Hospital, this therapeutic approach is designed to overcome antigen escape and induce durable remissions in pediatric and adolescent patients with relapsed or refractory mature B-cell lymphomas, including those with maxillofacial and/or central nervous system (CNS) involvement. By sequentially administering CAR-T cells directed against distinct B-cell surface markers based on disease status and CAR-T cell persistence, the treatment aims to maximize tumor clearance and minimize the risk of relapse associated with single-antigen loss.
