A shared neoantigen peptide vaccine developed for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The vaccine is based on a library of 44 high-affinity peptides derived from common hotspot mutations in key NSCLC genes, including EGFR, TP53, KRAS, CTNNB1, CDKN2A, and HER-2. It is designed to stimulate neoantigen-specific T-cell activation and induce cytotoxic T-lymphocyte (CTL) responses against tumor cells. In clinical studies, it has been evaluated in combination with chemotherapy and PD-1 blockade for patients with advanced, TKI-resistant NSCLC, showing promising efficacy and a manageable safety profile.
