Overview

ShotCAR is a chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy platform developed by Hauulbio. It is designed to target a broad spectrum of antigens associated with both hematological malignancies and solid tumors, including CD19, CD20, CD22, BCMA, CD3, HER2, EGFR, MUC1, GRP78, and GRP94. The platform aims to address various cancers such as acute myeloid leukemia (AML), acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), chronic myeloid leukemia (CML), chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL), triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), and colorectal cancer (CRC). By engineering T cells to express specific CARs, the ShotCAR platform facilitates the recognition and destruction of malignant cells expressing these target proteins.
