ShotCAR-CD20 is a preclinical-stage chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) cell therapy being developed by Hauul Bio for the treatment of various hematologic malignancies. The therapy utilizes Hauul Bio's proprietary ShotCAR platform to engineer immune cells that specifically target the B-lymphocyte antigen CD20, a protein expressed on the surface of B-cells and certain malignant cells. By binding to CD20, the engineered CAR cells facilitate the targeted destruction of cancerous cells. The program is currently being explored for a broad range of blood cancers, including acute myeloid leukemia (AML), acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), chronic myeloid leukemia (CML), chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), and non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL).
