Drug intelligence / Profile preview
SHR-3079 is an investigational bispecific monoclonal antibody designed as a T-cell engager for the treatment of B-cell malignancies. It simultaneously targets CD20, a well-validated antigen expressed on the surface of mature B-cells and most B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphomas, and CD3, a subunit of the T-cell receptor complex. By binding both targets, SHR-3079 recruits and activates cytotoxic T-cells in close proximity to CD20-positive tumor cells, leading to targeted cell lysis. Developed by Jiangsu Hengrui Pharmaceuticals and its subsidiary Suzhou Suncadia Biopharmaceuticals, SHR-3079 is currently undergoing Phase I clinical evaluation to assess its safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy in patients with B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
