SIR-T CD19xCD20xBCMA is a trispecific cell therapy candidate developed by Angeles Therapeutics using its proprietary Synthetic Immune Receptor (SIR-T) platform. Unlike traditional CAR-T cells, SIR-T cells are engineered to utilize the natural T-cell receptor (TCR) signaling machinery, which may offer improved safety and persistence. This specific asset is designed to simultaneously target three antigens: CD19, CD20, and B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA). This multi-antigen targeting approach is intended to prevent tumor escape caused by antigen loss, a common cause of relapse in patients treated with single-target cell therapies. The program is currently in the IND-enabling stage for the treatment of B-cell malignancies and plasma cell disorders.
