Sonrotoclax + obinutuzumab is an investigational combination therapy used in clinical trials for the treatment of chronic lymphocytic leukemia and small lymphocytic lymphoma, particularly in relapsed and/or refractory disease. - **Sonrotoclax** (BGB-11417) is a highly selective, potent small molecule BCL2 inhibitor (BH3 mimetic) with >10-fold potency over venetoclax, designed to induce apoptosis in BCL2-dependent tumor cells. - **Obinutuzumab** is a monoclonal antibody targeting CD20 on B-lymphocytes, inducing antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity, complement-dependent cytotoxicity, and direct cell death. - This combination is evaluated as an alternative to standard BCL2 inhibitor plus monoclonal antibody regimens, with the aim of improving efficacy and tolerability profiles in patients with previously treated or refractory CLL/SLL. - Both drugs are administered in combination, with sonrotoclax given orally and obinutuzumab as intravenous infusions.
