Overview

SV-0400 is a preclinical-stage multi-specific antibody developed by Sauvie Inc. using its proprietary CAM-V™ (Constant domain of Antibody Mimicry and Variation) platform. It is designed as a bispecific killer cell engager (BiKE) that simultaneously targets CD16a (an activating receptor on natural killer cells and other immune effectors) and HER2 (human epidermal growth factor receptor 2) on tumor cells. By bridging these two targets, SV-0400 facilitates the recognition, activation, and lysis of HER2-positive cancer cells through antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC). The construct, composed of VHH nanobody domains, was originally developed at Rutgers University and is currently being optimized for the treatment of HER2-positive cancers.
