Overview

SV202 is a preclinical-stage bispecific nanobody candidate developed by Sysvax (Suzhou Sysvax Biopharmaceutical) for the treatment of B-cell malignancies, including leukemia and lymphoma. The therapeutic is engineered using Sysvax's proprietary nanobody platform, which utilizes small, single-domain antibody fragments (VHH) typically derived from camelids. SV202 is designed to target CD20, a well-validated surface antigen on B-lymphocytes that is frequently overexpressed in hematologic cancers. As a bispecific construct, SV202 aims to enhance the depletion of malignant B-cells compared to traditional monoclonal antibodies, potentially through biparatopic binding to distinct CD20 epitopes or by recruiting immune effector cells to the tumor site. The drug is currently undergoing preclinical evaluation to assess its safety and anti-tumor efficacy.
