SYHX-1901

SYHX-1901 is an oral small molecule dual inhibitor targeting Janus kinase (JAK) and spleen tyrosine kinase (SYK), developed by CSPC Ouyi Pharmaceutical, a subsidiary of CSPC Pharmaceutical Group. It is being investigated primarily for the treatment of moderate to severe plaque psoriasis, vitiligo, and alopecia areata. The drug acts by inhibiting key signaling pathways involved in inflammatory and autoimmune responses—specifically the JAK/STAT pathway and SYK-mediated signaling—which play roles in T cell and B cell activation.
