**TanCAR** is Immunofusion's preclinical fifth-generation tandem chimeric antigen receptor T-cell therapy for chronic lymphocytic leukemia and mantle cell lymphoma. The engineered cell product combines the **TanCLL** tandem tumor-targeting module with the **ILX-cel** signaling module, with the stated aim of recognizing patient-specific CLL/MCL-associated tumor-antigen repertoires, improving T-cell expansion and persistence, limiting antigen-negative escape, and reducing injury to healthy B cells.
