Overview

TEDDI-R is a combination immunochemotherapy regimen consisting of Temozolomide, Etoposide, Doxil (liposomal doxorubicin), Dexamethasone, Ibrutinib, and Rituximab. It was developed for the treatment of primary and secondary central nervous system lymphomas. The regimen combines targeted therapy (ibrutinib) with conventional chemotherapy agents and immunotherapy (rituximab) to address aggressive lymphomas involving the central nervous system, which typically have poor prognosis with standard treatments.
