Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**TG01** is an investigational antigen-specific therapeutic cancer vaccine originally developed by Targovax, now Circio Holding. It consists of seven synthetic peptides representing common oncogenic RAS codon 12 and codon 13 mutation-derived epitopes. The vaccine is designed to prime and expand T-cell responses against tumor cells carrying relevant mutant **KRAS** or **NRAS** proteins. TG01 has been evaluated in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, including resected disease, and is also in Phase 1/2 development for RAS-mutated multiple myeloma and high-risk smoldering multiple myeloma. TG01 is administered as a vaccine product; QS-21 and GM-CSF have been used separately as immune adjuvants in clinical regimens and are not components of TG01 itself.
