Overview

TJ011133 + rituximab is a **combination therapy** being investigated primarily for relapsed/refractory lymphoma. TJ011133 (also known as TJC4 or lemzoparlimab) is a next-generation therapeutic IgG4 monoclonal antibody targeting **CD47**, designed to enable immune clearance of tumor cells by blocking CD47's "don't eat me" signal that helps cancers evade phagocytosis. It is distinctive for sparing red blood cells and platelets, thereby reducing hematologic toxicity and not requiring priming doses. Rituximab is a monoclonal antibody against **CD20** on B-lymphocytes, used for B-cell malignancies. The combination exploits both innate (macrophage) and adaptive (antibody-mediated) immunities for synergistic anti-tumor effectiveness, especially in non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, with promising safety and efficacy shown in early-phase trials[2][3][4][5].
