Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TK002 is a bispecific T cell engager (BiTE) developed by Takis for the treatment of solid tumors. It is designed to simultaneously target the ErbB3 (HER3) receptor, which is often overexpressed in various cancers and associated with therapy resistance, and the CD3 molecule on T cells. By bridging these two targets, TK002 redirects T-cell-mediated cytotoxicity specifically toward ErbB3-positive tumor cells. Currently in preclinical development, it has been investigated for potential use in treating various solid tumors, including colonic, prostatic, and stomach cancers.
