Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TLN-372 + cetuximab is a combination therapy being developed by Treeline Biosciences for the treatment of advanced solid tumors harboring KRAS mutations. TLN-372 is a small molecule, pan-KRAS inhibitor designed for deep and continuous inhibition of various KRAS mutant isoforms. Cetuximab is a monoclonal antibody that targets the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR). The combination aims to overcome potential resistance mechanisms and enhance anti-tumor activity by simultaneously inhibiting the KRAS pathway and its upstream activator, EGFR. It is currently being evaluated in a Phase 1 clinical trial.
