TQ-1001

TQ-1001 is an investigational *in vivo* CAR-T cell therapy being developed by TQ Therapeutics for the treatment of autoimmune diseases. It utilizes the company's proprietary EXiVO platform to genetically reprogram a patient's endogenous T cells directly within the body to express a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) targeting the CD19 antigen. By targeting CD19, TQ-1001 aims to deplete pathogenic B cells, which are central to the progression of various autoimmune conditions. This *in vivo* approach is designed to circumvent the logistical complexities, high costs, and safety concerns (such as the need for lymphodepleting chemotherapy) associated with traditional *ex vivo* CAR-T cell manufacturing. TQ-1001 is currently in the IND-enabling stage of development.
