Drug intelligence / Profile preview
TQB2825 is a bispecific antibody (BiTE) that targets both CD20 and CD3, designed to engage cytotoxic T lymphocytes with malignant B cells expressing CD20. By binding to B-lymphocyte antigen CD20 on B cells and T cell surface glycoprotein CD3 on T cells, it redirects the immune system to attack and kill cancerous B cells. The drug is being developed primarily for hematological malignancies, including diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), mediastinal large B-cell lymphoma, and other neoplasms of the hemic and lymphatic systems. It is administered intravenously as an injection formulation. The main developers are Nanjing Shunxin Pharmaceutical and Chia Tai Tianqing Pharmaceutical Group[1][3][4][5].
