TQB2825 is a bispecific antibody (BiTE) that targets both CD20 and CD3, designed to engage cytotoxic T lymphocytes with malignant B cells expressing CD20. By binding to B-lymphocyte antigen CD20 on B cells and T cell surface glycoprotein CD3 on T cells, it redirects the immune system to attack and kill cancerous B cells. The drug is being developed primarily for hematological malignancies, including diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), mediastinal large B-cell lymphoma, and other neoplasms of the hemic and lymphatic systems.
