Overview

TQB3205 is an orally administered pan-KRAS inhibitor and targeted protein degrader (TPD) being developed by Chia Tai Tianqing Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Sino Biopharmaceutical. As a national Category 1 innovative drug in China, it is designed to target multiple KRAS mutation subtypes, including G12V, G12D, and G13D, potentially addressing a broader patient population than existing G12C-specific inhibitors. TQB3205 is currently being evaluated in Phase I clinical trials for its safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary efficacy in patients with advanced malignant tumors, including those with pancreatic, colorectal, and lung cancers.
