TQB6432 is a biosimilar monoclonal antibody developed by Chia Tai Tianqing (Sino Biopharm) that targets CD20 (B-lymphocyte antigen CD20). It is designed as a biosimilar of obinutuzumab (Gazyva). TQB6432 is a glycoengineered, Type II anti-CD20 humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody. Upon binding to CD20 on the surface of pre-B and mature B-lymphocytes, it mediates B-cell depletion through direct cell death (apoptosis) and immune-mediated effector mechanisms, including antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) and antibody-dependent cellular phagocytosis (ADCP). TQB6432 is being developed for the treatment of B-cell malignancies, specifically follicular lymphoma, and is currently in preclinical development.
